Reading and writing of netCDF grid time-series with time axis (using "minutes since 1970-01-01 00:00:00 +1.0").

Running the routing model in a higher temporal resolution than the main model in order to allow intra-daily abstraction rules still to work when running the model in daily time step (e.g. for drought analysis)

Full implementation of the ArcVeg model into WaSiM, allowing the modelling of ice wedge degradation and connected soil subsiding but also soil uplift due to growth of mosses
