WaSiM 9.09.02 (Topmodel)

Some changes/extensions and bug fixes in sbatraction rules

new possibility to define an abstraction rule from reservoir in reverse mode, i.e. the table index column contains the outflow and the table rows itself contain the corresponding reservoir volume for each Julian day.

interpolating between abstraction rules in time also implemented for normal abstractions (not only for the abstraction that defines the regular outflow of a reservoir)

and some minor bug fixes (see details of model development)
