WaSiM 9.07.00 (Topmodel)

extensions in snow model for glacierized areas and some bug fixes

• snow model grids are now created twice, once for the unglacierized and once for the glacierized fractions of the cell, thus enabling a correct snow mass balance for areas on and off the glacier
• mass balance for glaciers corrected, so that after a resizing the mass balance of the removed cells is now evenly distributed across all remainig cells (same for newly gained cells) to keep the balance correct
• temporal interpolation of abstraction rules is now working correctly
