WaSiM 9.07.02 (Richards)

Bugfix for latest release; corrections for new energy balance snow melt approaches

• Albedo for snow is now calculated before the snow melt routine runs. Freshly fallen snow will thus have a higher albedo alrteady (imporatnt for daily time steps)
• Energy balance approaches: measure of global radation corrected (W/m^2 must be used internally and not Wh/m^2)
• Limitation of snow temperature and snow surface temperature to a minimum value for long time steps (because of the strong non-linearities of Stefan-Boltzman law)
