Bugfix in Richards-model

• max_error for iterations was permanently increasedafter the first 20 iterations instead increasing it temporarily only for this cell and this time step.
• This could lead to incorrect results in applications where very dynamic soils are efined and many iterations were required
• heat transfer: correction of an error that lead to random extremes in soil temperatures
