WaSiM 10.00.00 (Richards)

Layered Snow Model and more efficient and exact surface routing model

Layered Snow model: allows a better soil temperatur modeling. Requires heat transfer model to be turned on in Richards model. All snow melt approaches can be used.

Surface routing with an enhanced algorithm for for efficient modeling of water fluxes, particularly on lakes and backwater conditions

and several additional bug fixes (see details of model development))
